My recent stay at a hidden gem in Slovenia was wonderful! the hotel location was perfect, surrounded by a few cafes, markets and a beautiful riverwalk nearby. the room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. the staff was accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was utterly delicious, with an impressive and varied spread of local and international cuisine. I appreciated that there was also a kettle in the room. the owner went above and beyond their duty in helping us get discounted tickets for the local spa and even recommended an excellent restaurant in the area.
A minor issue with an empty soap dispenser in the bathroom.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The Best aspects include a warm welcome from the owners who were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was conveniently located near the town center and attractions such as the brewery and the thermal baths. The facilities were spotless and comfortable, with a charming tea set in the apartment and a kettle in the room. Ample parking was available and we enjoyed the delicious Continental breakfast with many choices.
Nothing that we didn't like.

During my Xmas stay, the breakfast was decent and had a variety of options to choose from. the location was also convenient as it was a short walk from the town center and other attractions. the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The rooms were not properly cleaned and had poor housekeeping standards.

The location was great, with easy access to public transportation and walking distance to various tourist spots. The breakfast buffet was quite good with plenty of options to choose from. the rooms were spacious and clean and had comfortable beds.
The lack of parking was a major disappointment. We had to park several blocks away and struggled to find a spot near the hotel.
